L’iconic limited-edition “Edizione-GT” ZESAD exhaust system for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, made from T304 stainless steel. DMC products are certified by TÜV, a German organization approved by the government for automotive safety standards.

The Lamborghini Aventador is a stunning car, but its sound could be more aggressive. Compared to its cousin, the SV670, it can seem a little tame due to the new European regulations. We want to remedy this with our new limited-edition titanium exhaust range. The ZESAD exhaust system is the ideal finishing touch for any engine upgrade. The original L'Aventador has a fairly subdued sound that does not do justice to a true Lamborghini. The ZESAD creation attaches to the original mounting points, but thanks to titanium, it not only offers a more aggressive look, but also reduced weight. It nevertheless retains the original style, without looking like an aftermarket part.

The exhaust system is made from lightweight, durable titanium produced using vacuum infusion, giving it excellent strength and an impeccable finish. Once the part has been produced and removed from the mold, it is meticulously inspected and tested before receiving its individual color finish. Each part is then inspected and its tolerances checked before being polished by hand and machine.

Our range of exhaust systems can produce an aggressive sound during acceleration and a quieter sound for city driving thanks to our patented DMC valves. At low RPM and cruising speed, the valves are closed, producing a deeper sound. At full throttle, the valves open, unleashing the engine's full sonic power.

The original exhaust system typically weighs 19.9 kg, while DMC exhausts weigh an average of around 4.2 kg (80% lighter than the original system).  

L’opening and closing of the ZESAD valves are controlled by the engine control unit, so they work in the same way as the original exhaust system. The original vacuum hoses connect directly to the ZESAD valve system, where applicable.

ZESAD exhaust systems are designed and manufactured at our factory in Germany using state-of-the-art technologies: 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping and CNC machining (bending/milling). Each system is made from high-quality T304 stainless steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this alloy was selected for its sound resonance, light weight and durability, properties similar to Inconel (used in Formula 1).
